FinhApp is specifically engineered to ensure the privacy and security of its users. It does not collect or retain any sensitive information. Messages sent through FinhApp are protected by end-to-end encryption, making them inaccessible to FinhApp or any other third party.

These documents will provide comprehensive information regarding the terms and conditions of using FinhApp and how your privacy is protected within the platform.

Privacy Policy

FinhApp employs advanced security measures and utilises end-to-end encryption to deliver secure and private messaging to users globally. Our state-of-the-art encryption ensures that your messages remain completely confidential and can only be accessed by you and the recipients you choose. We prioritise your privacy and take extensive precautions to safeguard your communications from unauthorised access or viewing.

Information/Data that you Provide

Account Information

When you create a FinhApp account, you need to register a phone number. This phone number is used to provide you with our Services and to facilitate communication with other FinhApp users. You have the option to add additional information to your account, such as a profile name and picture. Please note that all this information is end-to-end encrypted, ensuring its privacy and security.

Messages

It’s important to understand that FinhApp does not have the ability to decrypt or access the content of your messages. Your messages are protected by end-to-end encryption, which means only you and the intended recipients can read or listen to them. In cases where a device is temporarily offline (e.g., due to a dead battery), FinhApp temporarily stores the encrypted messages on its servers for delivery once the device is back online. However, your message history is primarily stored on your own devices, ensuring your control over it.

Additional Technical Information

FinhApp’s servers store some technical information necessary for the functioning of the Services. This includes randomly generated authentication tokens, keys, push tokens, and other essential data required for establishing calls and transmitting messages. FinhApp strictly limits the storage of this technical information to the minimum necessary for the operation of the Services.

Contacts

FinhApp provides an optional feature to discover which of your contacts from your address book are also FinhApp users. To protect your contacts’ privacy, the information from your device’s contacts may undergo cryptographic hashing before being transmitted to the server for determining which of your contacts are registered FinhApp users.

User Support

If you reach out to FinhApp User Support for assistance, any personal data you share with us is solely used for investigating and resolving the issue you’ve encountered. We keep your personal data strictly for support purposes and to communicate with you about your case.

Managing Your Information

You have control over your personal information through the FinhApp application’s settings. You can update your profile information and configure additional privacy features, such as enabling a fingerprint lock, to enhance the security of your account.

These providers are contractually obligated to adhere to their own Privacy Policies to protect the information they handle. If you utilise Third-Party Services like Google photos, Google drive or others in conjunction with our Services, your use of those services is governed by their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.
